If you all can't tell, I'm getting REALLY into this whole Christmas wishlist thing. I can tell I'll be pretty busy over the next week or so, and I think I may be a little in over my head. I'll just have to work a little harder than I'm used to, which shouldn't be too hard, considering how lazy I am... and there's also the fact that I'm on Thanksgiving break ^^
I just need a litle bit of encouragement and motivation, so wish me luck eveyone! I'll do what I can as fast as I can do it. I'd really appreciate any encouraging words from anyone and everyone, so please, give me your regards! I'm counting on support from my fellow Deviants.
Oh, and it'd also be really nice of you all to participate in the Christmas Project. Its made me feel SO good lately, and it's kept me busy (which is a good thing). I'm finally donating my time to something causeworthy. It's a really super nice way to get into the christmas spirit! I'm getting pretty excited lately ^^




This is a great idea for people that don't have money (or very little of it) and want to spread a little holiday cheer despite it. I am going through peoples wishlist right now seeing what I can do.

STEP ONE

** Make a post in your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

** If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. In this case, you can always just note someone on dA.

** Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, so that others can join in and participate to spread the holiday joy!


STEP TWO

** Surf around your friend list to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

** If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

** You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

REMEMBER this is about ways you can help people through what you have. You do not need to blow all your savings on this , it is simply to get that good feeling when you help people out

*My wish list*

1) I wish for a Vocaloid Nendoroid (I REALLY want the Kaito one xD

2) I wish my drawing skills will improve, and that I won't be lazy this week in practicing.

3) I hope I'll be able to cosplay Black Rock Shooter at MomoCon '10

4) I want to meet/talk to Johnny Young Bosch (the voice actor for Kiba, Lelouch, Ichigo, and he was also a black power ranger)

5) I want some shiny lucky star paper to make lucky stars with ^^

6) a random book would be nice (about photography, artists, manga, etc.)

7) I wish for a fantastic christmas with my family (which will happen, no doubt) ^^

8) I want to find a good christmas present for my dad. I never know what to get him, ever. If anybody has any ideas for an all-around, never-go-wrong present, please let me know! I'd really appreciate it!

9) I wish I had a Soul Eater T-shirt, or a deviantART T-shirt

10) I want any kind of anime related button/pin with my fave characters ^^
